Granted I bought my used car as is, but I believe I was mislead about the condition of the cooling system. I was told it needed a water pump, but the inlet for radiator was shattered and I got stuck on my mislead about the condition of the cooling system. Horrible service with extremely high repairs. I had my 2019 3500 truck towed and very unwelcomed at the service department. No repairs except recalls which I did not want!!! Tried to buy $75,000 truck bu 2019 3500 truck towed and very unwelcomed at the service department. No repairs except recalls which I did not want!!! Tried to buy $75,000 truck but no one was interested in my order. Took my business to a more professional dealer and new 2021 truck order was placed and repairs were completed on 2019 truck. You can not judge a man by his clothes you need to check his bank account. I dress in old work clothes because I am conservative but buy a new truck every other year for myself. More
