Road trip After a week of trying to buy a new GMC truck was unsuccessful in Buffalo, my wife located the truck I wanted at Joyce Buick GMC in Mansfield. Lucky After a week of trying to buy a new GMC truck was unsuccessful in Buffalo, my wife located the truck I wanted at Joyce Buick GMC in Mansfield. Lucky for me that Pat Hartnett answered the phone when I called. He made the whole puchase easier than if I had bought the truck locally. Most of the transaction was handled either by phone or email. We were greeted by Pat the minute we walked through the door and were immediately impressed. He spent all the time we needed going over the features of the truck, his knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. Thanks also to Lisa Wenzel for making sure we had everything we needed to get the truck registered back home. Great team, made our road trip worth it! More

dirty dealing I looked at a used mazda b2300 p/u and working out of town i dont get home til late.took truck for a test drive drive and my saleperson (dave) brought I looked at a used mazda b2300 p/u and working out of town i dont get home til late.took truck for a test drive drive and my saleperson (dave) brought me a purchase order for 8720 including dealer delivery fee of 250 tag etc. called the dealership a day or two later and spoke to brian roberts who handled the phone since dave was off.i asked if they would take 8500 instead of the 8720.he said brian joyce yes since its only 220 less than their offer.i told them to get the paperwork ready and i would be there to sign.i went into the finance office and signed everything without looking assuming the price was correct.a week later i get my memo title for purchase price of 8750!!!!!! i called dave and he pushed me off to brian who told me i got the truck for 8500 plus dealership fee.i informed him my purchase order showed 8720 including the dealer fee and he basically told me i signed the papers and its a done deal!they screwed me out of 250 bucks and i'll never buy a car from joyce buick after the dirty deal they pulled!!!!! More
