I found a used Volvo using Exit Local from the wmfd.com website and Joe Novak helped me check it out. Joe never pressured me to buy anything at any point, he just got answers to all of my questions and arranged everything I asked for. Joe helped me to get a great trade in value for my car once I decided to purchase the Volvo by going to the owners of Joyce Buick with my request, and they took the time to speak with me personally to negotiate the price for my trade in vehicle that I needed in order to make this purchase. Joe started working hard to help me as soon as I met him, and I have never had such a positive experience at a car dealership. I hardly had to do anything throughout the whole process of buying my new car because the entire staff took care of everything. I arranged financing with an outside company before purchasing the car, but Joyce Buick found a financer for me with an interest rate that was more than one percentage point lower! Joe and the Joyce team made every effort to make this investment cost less than the budget I was working with. I cannot say enough how much they helped me to get the best value from beginning to end. From the trade in to the financing, Joyce saved me thousands of dollars and got me into a great car. I never write reviews, but everyone needs to know about how Joyce Buick treats customers so I am writing a review now. Its very simple really...Joyce made it easy to buy. Joe was awesome to deal with1 I only keep my vehicles for 2-3 years due to the number of miles i put on them for work. I had totaled my car in an accident, and was needing a new vehicle pretty quick with school and 3 kids my husband working. My husband and I went car shopping I knew I wanted to look at the trailblazers w new vehicle pretty quick with school and 3 kids my husband working. So after doing the carfax and blue book value I knew the price they were asking was not ridiculous, but fair. When we went to look at the vehicle we did not get swarmed with 100 sales people but with one sales person named Butch. Butch was very friendly and my husband and I felt like he was not trying to push us into anything which we loved. He was a very kind person and made sure to answer all of our questions at a timely manner. I would HIGHLY reccomend Joyce Buick to everyone that is looking for a car.
