After visiting about half a dozen used vehicle lots, we ended up at Joyce Buick. They weren't on our list, but we decided to take a look since we were driving by on our way to another dealer. The night that we took possession of the vehicle, the back window regulator broke. Even though the vehicle was "as is" they had us bring it in and they repaired at no charge! The service center was as professional as the sales area. Very appreciative of the excellent service we received from the sales and service departments. We would not hesitate to refer this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a used or new vehicle. More

Although it was late in the evening he took the time to complete all the necessary paperwork and got the car ready to take home that day instead of having to come back the next morning. They provide phenomenal service on vehicles, and they do it with a smile on their face. As a recent college graduate I was in desperate need of a good interest rate. Sarah Joyce worked up to "the final minute" to find a bank that would help me find a lower interest rate. I was so very happy to work with her, what a blessing. However, I can't say enough good things about Butch Davis, the man who sold the car to me. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision, and he was extremely upfront with me about the vehicle and their policies. After reviewing the Carfax and comparing prices, I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of. Furthermore, their "no haggle" policy not only makes dealing with them fair, but very stress free. I have had my car for a week now, and Butch called to check in with me making sure I have been enjoying my new car. He also reassured me that if anything were to go wrong with the car, that I shouldn't hesitate to call, and they would take care of an situation(s) that may arise. Finally, when I drove my car off the lot it looked beautiful, and I felt very proud of my car and myself. More
