My experience with Joyce Buick was what I expected....Fantastic. They have the highest reputation in the Mansfield area for "taking care of the customer." She not only knew her product line very well but she has the ability to "close the deal" with a high level of professionalism and friendliness. She makes you feel like family when making a purchase. Certainly I was pleased with the detail she took with me on the phone (not in a pestering way that you see from most car dealers) but in a way to say "when you are ready I am here to assist." My deal was done quickly (as this is how I buy cars) and all details were covered either on the phone or in person. Lisa knows how to sell cars and it appears she "loves her job." My accident happened Sunday and by Monday evening my truck was dropped off at Joyce Buick. Harv got me in quickly to get estimate and to order parts. Other body shop couldnt get me in for 2 weeks. We recently purchased a used Vehicle from Joyce Buick and worked with Eric Pittman. He not only was very patient and very informative with our purchase but so was the entire dealership. I was in the market for a new vehicle. I was referred to Lisa Wenzel by our daughter. We told her what we where interested in and trade-in needs. Lisa took us from the back bumper to under the hood paying attention to every detail. She explained the different options from leasing to purchasing new to purchasing used. In the end we went for the used SUV and it is so wonderful!! The dealership did everything we asked for and went over the vehicle mechanically prior to putting it for sale and included a warranty even with the number of miles on it.
