The overall experience with this dealership was wonderful, and I would give all of the credit to our salesman Butch Davis. The first time that we came into test drive vehicles it was pourng down r wonderful, and I would give all of the credit to our salesman Butch Davis. The first time that we came into test drive vehicles it was pourng down rain and Butch came out to help us with numerous test drives. He was not pushy at all with the sale and very upfront and honest. After test driving numerous other vehicles we returned to Joyce Buick to purchase the Envoy that we drove with Butch, he even called me the day before our appointment to discuss minor details. We were very pleased with everything would reccomend Joyce Buick to family and friends. My only complaint, couldn't you at least fill up the tank after we purchased the vehicle? Called Jason and inquired about a used vehicle that was advertised in the paper he described the SUV and we made an appointment to see it the next morning. I took my 2007 Vue in for the recall on the torque converter. Jennifer was so very helpful in getting me logged in and setting me up with a loaner car to get to work. I was called 2 times to inform me of the status of what was to be done and later to let me know my Vue was ready. The engine light had come on the last time I got gas and the mechanic Karl checked it out and found I needed a new gas cap. They also replaced all 3 of my wiper blades as I had requested. When I drove my Vue home, I was delighted at how smoothely it performed! I still get a big grin on my face when I drive it. I just did not realize how rough it had gotten. Thanks to Jennifer and Karl, my Vue is running great. More
