Service was quick, everything checked out. Ford points were applied. NOTE: 'Back in the day', I worked at a full-service garage. I went to Alphorn Ford to get my rear drum brakes replaced. I was driving to grandma's house, about an 80-mile drive at 75 mph on the interstate, and discovered an issue with my left rear tire. It wa replaced. I was driving to grandma's house, about an 80-mile drive at 75 mph on the interstate, and discovered an issue with my left rear tire. It was wobbling and making a howling noise. Upon further inspection, I discovered that Alphorn Ford had overtightened the wheel nut, causing the wheel bearing to overheat and fail. I stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts and jacked up the car. The wheel, brake drum, and part of the wheel bearing fell off the car in one peace. Fortunately, I didn't need to loosen the wheel nut to find the issue. I replaced the half-axle wheel bearing on my own. Now, my car is running smoothly again. I don’t think I will be using Alphorn Ford as my first choice for repair shops. More

Everyone worked hard to get us in the vehicle we came to see. Everyone was polite and friendly. Wish some of the features on the truck had been repaired and the vehicle cleaned better before sale but they a see. Everyone was polite and friendly. Have bought a couple vehicles from Alphorn and they continue to do good for us. More
