I ordered 4 tires and I received a call 2 days later that my tires were in and I scheduled an appointment and my tires were mounted,balanced and aligned. Customer service needs a lot of work. They need to step up taking better care of the customer. As customers we should have to source our own parts, push service to keep us updated with us They need to step up taking better care of the customer. Seems like everyone there passes the Buck to someone else. NOT a good experience. Will be looking for another dealer to use. More

Bought a car and after a couple days the rear end went out of it. Service told me the tires were out of spec and after replacing them the rear end needed replaced. While I appreciate them fixing it for me I don’t appreciate them acting like they are the Lord and Savior for doing so. It would have had to of been fixed either way. Also they refuse to let me speak with a General Manager about my concerns with an inaccurate vehicle buyers guide even though I have asked 6-8 times now to speak with the GM. The last response I got from the sales manager was “I already spoke with him, what do you think he is going to do for you? I run the sales department”. I asked them to work with me on buying the vehicle back and getting into something else. They agreed until they found the rear end to be bad and blamed it on not being able to find a good enough deal and saying the rates would be to high and how they had absolutely zero wiggle room. I called my back and they said I would only see a 1% rate increase for the vehicle I was looking for so not sure why Alphorn Ford feels the need to lie. When I brought up concerns about how I bought it under the impression the inspection was done properly and now I fear something could break we don’t know about the sales manager said “that’s what you have warranty for” which is ridiculous because if warranty finds out they had tires that were out of spec for an AWD car they are not going to cover rear end damage since that could have been avoided. I also didn’t buy warranty so that Alphorn Ford could cheap out on their used vehicle inspections and try and get me to spend a $200 deductible every time I have an issue. Service has been pleasant to deal with but if I don’t call them I can’t trust the info sales is giving me since the sales manager said he would update me and didn’t claiming “no one was in service and I have other customers I have to help” after I had called service and gotten an update myself since I was tired of waiting. So for the first month of ownership I’ll have my car for 6 days and the dealer will have it for the majority of it. It’s still there so who knows when I’ll have the car I bought returned to me. Not the best business practice to brag about how much you put into this car while service is disclosing you had tires that were not within the appropriate tread depth of each other. I told them to show me the used vehicle inspection and what they passed on and even the numbers from my truck I traded in and this car I bought since they claimed they make $800 a car. Neither of those were shared with me and I know the don’t have to disclose that info but if you’re going to throw it in my face you need to prove it. All said and done once my car is fixed I hope that I never have to deal with this dealership or anyone associated with them again. It’s clear that since it’s a good ol boys club up there and they have been working together for so long that new customers don’t matter. Even if we did drive 1.5 hours to do business because I had heard they were decent people. Worst car buying experience I have ever had and it just reminds me why you shouldn’t go to a dealership for a car purchase. More
