The service center was very helpful by letting us know of the list of recalls that we where not aware of. We knew of one recall and that is what brought us in. When the sales manager was to contact me after agreeing on the purchase price with the sales person, Amy-I never heard from anyone. Taylor assisted with questions I had with the paperwork sent to sign. W on the purchase price with the sales person, Amy-I never heard from anyone. Taylor assisted with questions I had with the paperwork sent to sign. When I was told ALL paperwork would be sent with the driver who was delivering the van-nothing was sent with him. The sales manager told him there was no paperwork to come with the van. Taylor sent the title via mail being it was not delivered with the van. I never spoke to a sales manager! Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I don't have a clue who Kevin Hoyt is as I never spoke to a man with this business. More
