I ordered 4 tires and I received a call 2 days later that my tires were in and I scheduled an appointment and my tires were mounted,balanced and aligned. Service Department was awesome. Ordered new tires and had a appointment schedules, but got a flat tire before my appointment. They worked me in early to get all four tires. Customer service needs a lot of work. They need to step up taking better care of the customer. As customers we should have to source our own parts, push service to keep us updated with us They need to step up taking better care of the customer. Seems like everyone there passes the Buck to someone else. NOT a good experience. Will be looking for another dealer to use. More
