The woman I spoke to when I made the appointment guaranteed me my car would be done by 4pm. I explained to her that my daughter had a school play at 4:30 with a lead role and I had to be there for h guaranteed me my car would be done by 4pm. She told me if I arrived by 2:30 my car would for sure be completely done within 90 minutes. I got there at 2:22. My car wasn't taken back until 2:46. It wasn't done until after 4:45. I missed my daughter's play and she was hysterically crying because nobody was there for her. This could have been prevented. When I spoke with the person that I gave my keys to he explained that there was a cookout that evening at the dealership and they got started on my car late. No apology. No remorse. More
