I will absolutely never do business with this dealership again. I should have learned from the first time my family bought a car from them. We ended up buying the car anyway since we drove an hour and a half. This time around, the deal was essentially done on a 2026 GMC Terrain Elevation Black edition. The morning of our scheduled appointment the salesperson sent us pictures and said he couldn't wait to meet us. They even called at 10:45am to confirm our appointment. FIFTEEN minutes later, they called us to tell us that the car had already been sold. We were already on our way to our appointment! This is TERRIBLE business. This dealership cares about one thing only, money. They do not care about their customers. I will never use this dealership ever again. Save yourself the trouble and buy a car elsewhere. More

I asked the dealership to check on a weatherstripping on the door to see if it could be put back into the metal bracket. I don’t think the team tried and just told me they need to order a new weatherstrippi the door to see if it could be put back into the metal bracket. Dealer had the car all day and could have easily gotten this done. More
