I have gone to the GMC dealership in my home town of Castle Rock many times and always left with another problem. I choose Littleton GMC because of their good reviews . The service technician was friendly, but I was charged $500 for a diagnostic that confirmed what I already knew. The dealership then quoted over $4,000 for a repair I ended up doing elsewhere for under $3 $500 for a diagnostic that confirmed what I already knew. The dealership then quoted over $4,000 for a repair I ended up doing elsewhere for under $350—$200 for a new battery and $150 for a liftgate motor. I won’t be servicing my vehicle at the dealership again. More

Our experience was very pleasant as was Wilson, the salesman who assisted us. He knew what we were looking for and had a beautiful vehicle ready for us to test drive. We were sold! Quick service once you can schedule the service. The emails you get it someone offering to help you set it up waste of time. They never got back to me about available appointments.
