OK service however what should normally take 30 or 40 mins for an oil change took 1 1/2 hrs. I had an appointment which doesn't seem to make a difference if it takes that long for an oil change. Not eff mins for an oil change took 1 1/2 hrs. I had an appointment which doesn't seem to make a difference if it takes that long for an oil change. Not efficient in serving and apparently don't care about the customers time. I requested another service tech and he was much better to work with. I unfortunately paid for lifetime oil changes and would not recommend it...especially since it takes so long to get it done. Better off going to grease xxxxxx, they do just as good a job in a more efficient time. More
