I took my car in for an oil change. On Saturdays I know I have to just come in and wait. However I was there for 5 hours. That is completely unacceptable . Purchase was very easy and painless, vehicle was priced very competitively. Car had a large steak of tar on drivers for and there is a broken piece of trim on the lower right front bumper area that I didn' very competitively. We had the oil changed in our Buick Encore and had also ordered some floor mats and planned to pick those up at the same time. The service advisor told us he would get those from parts.
