It was not a good experience for several reasons. 1) waited 20 minutes before being able to check in. 2) girl checking me in had no idea what to do with the information the X-ray gave her. She told me one of my tires was wearing on the side but had no fix to recommend (alignment). She also showed me X-ray images and said it was rusting underneath. That doesn’t sell well for a vehicle I paid over 100k for less than a year ago and take better care of than 95% of people. 3) over 20 minutes for my car to be brought to the front after checking out. Not sure I will go back, no customer service, and felt like they didn’t know what they were doing. Stinks because I have done service at alpine for years. More

Made an appointment. ..was on time . Was told they had what we were looking for in stock...in fact ...Did not have Any to choose from ... Rude, lazy , entire staff was see ..was on time . Was told they had what we were looking for in stock...in fact ...Did not have Any to choose from ... Rude, lazy , entire staff was seemingly uninterested in making a Sale. I had just been to a Schomp dealership with my son weeks earlier and knew exactly what a well run, professional dealership experience was like in comparison...too bad Schomp doesn't have a Denver Buick dealership More
