I have a GMC 2021 AT4. I’m from Jackson MS. I was out in Rocky Mountain National Park and had to change my rear tire due to and rock slice on the side. Called these guys at I’m from Jackson MS. Explained my situation and the need for a new tire. They called me back in 5 min and said that they could get me in at 3:30 with a new tire. That worked out perfectly as I had to take a friend to the airport to catch a flight. I arrived at 2:30. They immediately took care of me and I was back on the road at 3:30 ahead of scheduled. I always use my GMC dealership (Phil Moore) in Jackson, MS for all my serivice needs. These forks took equal care of me as if I had bought the truck there. My experience couldn’t have been better! Kenny dropped the ball when he took time off. My truck was there for two days without a call from dealer. I had to call to check the status. Was told my coolant sensor was out and a new tank with My truck was there for two days without a call from dealer. I had to call to check the status. Was told my coolant sensor was out and a new tank with sensor was needed. Given a cost of $599. I told the guy I had a warranty. They got it approved by warranty and repair made.
