Giving them two stars rather than one because the two individuals who did help me, were very professional and responsive. I did get help from ONE sales accociate & from the financial manager. Also, I still have not received any copies of my documents and they assured me that my vehicle will be detailed before I received it. They did not detail it at all. It was completely dusty and had stains in the carpet from the last owner. You would think they would make the effort espically on an $80,000 purchase. Overall, I wouldn't have gone to this dealership but they had the exact vehicle I wanted so I had no choice. More
