Went to their new location for service, which they had told us to do. Had some delays so it was not open yet. Drove down from Winter Park, so we were not happy. A manager was on site and apologized. Took multiple calls with no return calls to get a we owe taken care of, oil change and some warranty work scheduled. Had to eventually contact a GM named Mike to get things taken care of. I want to start this off saying that buying the car here was the smoothest process I have ever been through. I bought a 2015 3500hd duramax from here with 60k for mileage. I had the vehicle for 2 days and d was the smoothest process I have ever been through. I bought a 2015 3500hd duramax from here with 60k for mileage. I had the vehicle for 2 days and drove maybe 50 miles before it left me stranded. 3 weeks later I still have no truck, and I found out that they are doing electronic diag when they can fit it in. Not acceptable. How does an ecu fail 2 days after getting it with nothing showing up on the used car inspection? I'm sure the blew threw the inspection because they are so backed up, and I am the one who got screwed. More
