Found the truck that we loved and we're looking for. One of the main reasons why we bought the truck was because we love to go camping and it had the multi tailgate with the speakers in it. The salesman wasn't quite sure how to work it and if anything was wrong with it, they would handle it. We ended up driving home with the truck that night. Didn't even try to hook up the speakers for a few weeks because it was cold out middle of winter. When I did try to hook them up, I noticed that I had no power to them. I checked the fuses. When I schedule an appointment for an oil change, I told them about it. They said they needed more time so the next time I made an appointment I told them about it again. He looked at it wasn't able to find anything told me that he would need a whole day so I scheduled again to let them have the truck for the whole day got a call from them and was told that since I am not the original owner of it and it's so old mind you my truck the 2022 GMC. They couldn't get parts for it and they were unable to do anything for me. I would need to purchase a new system for $1300. Big slap in the face so just make sure you get everything in writing if they promise anything don't take their word for it cause once you sign those papers they don't really care. More
