I took my truck in because it wasn’t sounding right. Jesus was my service man and he did everything to accommodate me while I was waiting to see what the technician found. I was in there about two hours Jesus was my service man and he did everything to accommodate me while I was waiting to see what the technician found. I was in there about two hours and during that time Jesus updated me 3 times and on the fourth time he had the answer as to what they found out. It wasn’t good news cause it was a transmission problem. I’m grateful that we had the extended warranty cause it ended up needing a new transmission. When Jesus told me that the whole process of getting the warranty company was going to take a couple days or more for approval I said I can’t go that long without a vehicle Jesus got me a loaner car to use until they finished up with my truck. It took a couple weeks to replace the transmission and Jesus kept me updated throughout the whole process. I’ve dealt with other dealerships in the last 40 plus years and I’ve never been treated as good as I have with Alpine and there’s no doubt that I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience More
