Was charged a diagnostic fee and the diagnosis was completely inaccurate with a recommendation of $1,300 repair that was not related to the issue. Len Lyall refused to replace a defective airbag in my truck, thus endangering the life of my wife who rides in the passenger seat. This is all because I wouldn't sign a waiver stating that Len Lyall is n truck, thus endangering the life of my wife who rides in the passenger seat. This is all because I wouldn't sign a waiver stating that Len Lyall is not responsible for replacing my dashboard if it cracks during installation. Keep in mind that my dash is perfect, no cracks or distortion. If you care about your family's safety, do yourself a favor, skip Len Lyall, and go to a Chevy dealership that has integrity. More
