I was quoted $1600 and 4. 5 hours of labor to replace a VVT valve. After researching the issue, I learned that they could have replaces this part in literally 5 minutes while 5 hours of labor to replace a VVT valve. After researching the issue, I learned that they could have replaces this part in literally 5 minutes while they were testing. I wound up doing this myself in 30 minutes with no mechanic experience. Very untrustworthy quote and will be taking my vehicle to non factory garage from now on More
