I selected the one I liked with the features that suited me, plus some extras. The process was quick, little paperwork to sign. Brandon covered the features of my new Car and how to operate them. My questions were answered, On Star registration was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Len Lyall and Brandon to my friends. As a woman it can be intimidating to purchase a vehicle but I had done all of my research so was very firm about what I wanted and upfront about my expectations. My salesperson was Brandon Pryor and I was impressed from the moment that I met him. He treated me with respect and kindness and was very knowledgeable about the products. I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 3500hd ltz Duramax and have never been happier. With the rebates available he was able to get me into it with 0 money down and drove it home that night. If you're looking for a vehicle is highly recommend Len Lyall and Brandon Pryor. In my opinion if he can't get you into a vehicle then no one can and he will take the time to make sure you're getting EXACTLY what you're looking for. More

No communication First, they said that I need a converter ok fine then they said that they had to order the converter. Which would take one day to receive. It's now three days later and the car is still not finished. What's worse the service advisor did not call me to tell me that the car wouldn't be ready and I missed a day of work. I would not recommend Len Lyall for servicing your vehicle. The lack of communication to the customer is unacceptable. More

Our salesman, Marselo Gutierrez, actually listened to us, worked at finding the right vehicle and after going over choices, find just the right vehicle. His managers met us, listened to us, and helped Marselo answer every question. He made sure we knew how to use the bluetooth, OnStar and all the other functions of the vehicle we were unfamiliar with. Even after we had 'the deal' and drove away in our Terraine, Marselo has followed up with us and made himself available to answer other questions. We have been to other dealerships in the area and walked away feeling like if we didn't come prepared to sign on the dotted line, the sales people were already looking over their shoulder for the next likely deal. Marselo stayed with us even when we said we were 'just looking'. Not in an overbearing way, either. He was glad we were there and wanted us to feel comfortable. We will be recommending Len Lyall Chevrolet to all our friends who may car be shopping. This is a dealership that is all about helping you out. More
