Len Lyall sold us a Lemon. Within a week of selling us Len Lyall sold us a Lemon. Within a week of selling us the car, the Electronic Throttle System went out. $1412. Oh, and they didn't bother to give us the coupon until we were literally driving off the lot, and never bothered to tell us about the 3 day time limit from date of purchase for the emissions test before they no longer have responsibility. These guys are scam artists. In June 2011 we went into Len Lyall with a rental car on which I had broken one of the license plate lights. The parts representative was knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful.
