I was satisfied with the service and with the car that I purchased. The lender, however, emailed me to ask me to input my auto insurance provider, effective dates and other policy questions. ENT CU also admonished ne to "information my insurance carried of mt suto purchase. I am an adult; I don't understand why I had to provide this information to the lender. This exchange left me a little angry. The lender should simply send me the payment booklet and let me make payments. Period. More

My engine was replaced within a reasable amout of time. I picked my car up on Friday the 12th of December. Vehicle was idleing rough at time of pickup. I was hoping it would clear up after a few days, I dr I picked my car up on Friday the 12th of December. Vehicle was idleing rough at time of pickup. I was hoping it would clear up after a few days, I drove it 60 miles and I experienced an error message and the car would not acelerate past 30mph. I had shut the car off and restarted and took it to another dealer that couldn't find any reason it happend. This happened 1 other time so I took it back to Alpine. I was told I needed a needed a new transmission mount. The transsmission mount was handled during the repair. I should have been advised that there was a problem. If it was missed I can understand that mistakes happen. I was willing to to pay for the parts if Alpine would make some kind of concessions on the labor. David told me they were not going help with that repair. The drivability issue was not duplicated but I was still chaged for diagdiagnostic at half the cost. They did a vehicle inspection with a list of items to be addressed, but I was not told of the items that they recomnded, There was no phone call, no email that brakes, tires, alignment was needed. I would think as dealer that jsut did a engine under warranty that they would want to sell some customer pay work. I didn't know these were suggested till after car was repaired. David was good with responding via email, but my over rating of the service dept is low. More
