Regarding the oil change pricing, we aim to be as tran sparent as possible with estimates, but we understand how unexpected costs—like taxes and shop fees—can feel misleading if not clearly explained up front. We’ll use this as an opportunity to improve our communication moving forward. As for the tire replacement, our technicians follow manufacturer recommendations and safety protocols, which sometimes include replacing all four tires—especially when there are significant differences in tread depth or wear. We absolutely understand that this can be frustrating, and we always strive to explain our reasoning clearly. It was never our intent to pressure or upsell beyond what we believe is necessary for vehicle safety and performance. We also apologize if the cost of the key replacement and other services were not as clear or competitive as you expected.
