I had a frozen shifter - same complaint I’ve seen on many Nissan complaint sites. Hard to score because I don’t know who I am scoring. If Nissan - then Zero. Should never have to fork out $900+ to replace Nissan complaint sites. Hard to score because I don’t know who I am scoring. If Nissan - then Zero. Should never have to fork out $900+ to replace a 3 cent piece of plastic. Worst design I’ve ever seen and Nissan is not taking any blame for it. If I have to rate the service, then 3 - had my car for a day and a half. Called me at 5 pm to let me know it won’t be ready. 2nd time this has happened. Left the felt gasket off of the shifter - easy enough to fix, but where was the quality control. More
