Hardly any information on Ikon transmitter zip-tied to an engine part, and its function, that we found under the hood. A razor blade was left under a wind shield wiper. The air filter cover was completely loose in the engine. The sales rep was unaware that Apple Car Play needed the lightening charger to sinc up to an iPhone. Had to school her on that. I have iPhone 15 which uses a USB-C so Apple Car Play couldn’t get set up. Only 1 key given to us. Now it’s “you can buy key insurance for $500 to get a key with key insurance coverage”. We bought it because we want another key made, we need it. Veneth was pretty good in professional courtesy but I wish she knew more about the car. No paperwork except for the receipt for our purchase! We wait 30 days to get the key? Not that happy with the set up like that. More
