We’re sorry, however, for the frustration caused by the follow-up communication from the lender. We understand how that exchange could feel upsetting. For financed vehicles, lenders are required to verify active insurance coverage directly for their records, which is why they may request confirmation even if insurance was already provided to the dealership. That said, we regret that the messaging came across as admonishing or disrespectful.
