Yvonne Dear, my service advisor, was terrible. She has no idea what she is doing. Can't explain for the life of her the service that was done on my vehicle. Her word usage is extremely poor and unclear when idea what she is doing. Can't explain for the life of her the service that was done on my vehicle. I had to get the manager involved as she was inexperienced, air-headed, and just plain confused. Just a plain awful experience, she didn't even have the decency to apologize for her mistakes that resulted in me missing work and having to pay for a rental car. More

Outstanding service department After purchasing my vehicle, I have only taken it to Larry H. Miller for service. Each individual I have dealt with over the years has been polite and After purchasing my vehicle, I have only taken it to Larry H. Miller for service. Each individual I have dealt with over the years has been polite and relayed information to me in an easy to understand way. As a woman, I don't feel like they are yanking me around or up selling me. My most recent service appointment was the same! Martin greeted me happily, was polite, and ensured me that my vehicle would be taken care of. My oil and air filter were changed and my car was washed in under a hour, which was surprising to me as I've grown accustomed to this location always being busy and there usually being a bit of wait. Martin was a pleasure to work with. I recommend the service department to every Nissan owner I know! More
