Went in for simple oil change, was told that the drain plug was too tight. So we took it back to grease xxxxxx, they checked it , it was torqued at 22lbs, broke it loose right away. After all we have chan plug was too tight. So we took it back to grease xxxxxx, they checked it , it was torqued at 22lbs, broke it loose right away. After all we have changed the oil four times now. I rescheduled but canceled after thinking about it. Think you are doing a scam!, don’t trust your place, you could tell us the screw is stripped and we wouldn’t know. Have to buy another cheap xxx “plastic” oil pan, which is disgusting, at what 300$, oil pan is made with a metal backing plate too. Now we have a bearing recall also to deal with, why didn’t you install an anodized drain plug in them to pick up metal. If your worried about stripping why don’t you vacuum the oil, probably don’t even have a pump. Maybe also they didn’t want do the oil change because we had a coupon for 29.99. What a scam!!! More
My vehicle was towed to this Nissan dealership on Monday morning at 8 a.m. and I called ahead to notify them it was on the way, yet no one contacted me all day. When I finally called, I was told they had “just found” my car parked by the dumpster and that it would not be looked at until Tuesday. On Tuesday I spoke with Allen, who said three mechanics were out sick but assured me my car was in the service area, a mechanic had been assigned, and diagnostics were happening, promising me a call back that afternoon which never came. On Wednesday, Allen was unavailable and Danni promised I would get an update that day, but again no call came. By Thursday, when I called again, the staff immediately knew who I was before I even identified myself, and Allen contradicted all his earlier statements by telling me my car was still outside untouched because of the way the tow truck left it. When I suggested arranging a reposition, I was told no, then told they were looking for a wheel to put on the car despite the fact that there is a spare tire in the trunk. The excuse that they could not access it “because of the car’s position” makes no sense since they have the keys. I have serviced two vehicles here before and received great communication, but this time I have experienced broken promises, no updates unless I chased them, and completely inconsistent stories. I feel disrespected, dismissed, and left without a vehicle for days due to negligence, and I cannot help but question whether I am being treated differently because I am a woman. This behavior is unprofessional, unacceptable, and needs to be addressed. More
