The service was great. Car runs great. Not sure we will be returning the prices are just too high. I've been going to this location for my Nissan for 6 years and am so sad Car runs great. The diagnosis fee went from being around $150 refundable if the work was completed. Now it's over $200 and non refundable even if the work is completed. More
Disappointed again. Service rep was nice but it makes no sense why you can't rotate tires. My prior visit, the one before this visit, they said they were going to rotate tires and the rep told my wife they did and I know they didn't because we have one rim that is badly scratched and it never moved. This time they told my wife from the looks of it the tires don't need to be rotated. I have never heard anything like this in my life. The manufacturer states, and I quote, " Rotate every 5,000 miles or 6 months." It does not say if the tires look bad ok or look like they need them. That defeats the purpose of being proactive and making sure the tires wear even. Both visits I was willing to pay for a tire rotation and asked for one and both times they did NOT do it. What is going on with this dealership. Continue to get crappy service. My fault for going back to Alpine Nissan of Denver. That is it, no more. You lost my business, which sadly enough I don't think you/they care. I am part of a Nissan group and believe me I am spreading the word how bad this dealership is. I will never buy a car from them. Can't trust them. More

I made an appointment specifically to fix a recall. I arrive to my appointment and am told that they don't have the part. That's pretty frustrating that the part wasn't ordered in advance knowing I had I arrive to my appointment and am told that they don't have the part. That's pretty frustrating that the part wasn't ordered in advance knowing I had an appointment specifically for this and there was no prior communication letting me know they wouldn't be able to work on my car at my appointment. I was told that they would order the part and it would take a few days but haven't heard anything since. This was a complete waste of time especially considering I had to make arrangements with work and childcare to stay there while my car was supposed to be fixed. More
