I would give this dealership zero stars if I could. I purchased a 2016 Mercedes G63 from this dealership at Aanta Ana location expecting a reliable luxury vehicle. Within just a few days of taking d I purchased a 2016 Mercedes G63 from this dealership at Aanta Ana location expecting a reliable luxury vehicle. Within just a few days of taking delivery, the check engine light came on. After having the vehicle inspected, I learned it had oil leaks in several different locations, along with other mechanical issues that should never have been present in a vehicle represented as being ready for sale. The dealer had multiple opportunities to correct the problems, but the issues continued. After losing confidence in their repairs, I had to take the vehicle to my own mechanic and spend $3200 out of my own pocket just to address problems that existed shortly after I purchased the vehicle. Dealership has also spent about $7000 to fix different issues so total of approximately $10000 wort the repairs on the car was just sold to me. For two months I made my loan and insurance payments without having the car in my possession What has disappointed me the most is the lack of accountability and the failure to provide a fair resolution. Buying a vehicle should not result in months of frustration, repeated repairs, financial loss, and wasted time. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering buying from this dealership to have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before signing any paperwork. Since I have been unable to resolve this matter directly with the dealership, I will be filing complaints with the California DMV Investigations Division, the California Department of Consumer Affairs, the California Attorney General's Office, the Better Business Bureau, and any other appropriate consumer protection agencies. I am also exploring all legal remedies available to recover my losses. I hope no one else has to go through what I have experienced. More
