I'm sure this is his usual speal , but something about the comfort and authenticity in his voice made me go. I was created by him and his son Neil and pretty much sat in the chair and let it all out. My financial situation, my goals, etc and though I was used to hearing No and expected a no, they came back with good news! Mr. Amaral showed me the car I wanted without hesitation. He opened the hood himself and did not hide any parts of anything. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. I took about a month to get things together but though I ad found two other deals, I knew Amaral Auto would get my business when the time was right. I went back and was greeted by Matt (Damian followed up with me so must give him an honorable mention). Fun, genuine and just a level of comfort that I began to think was just a standard for Amaral Auto because in no way did I feel pressure, confusion., he'll I even googled stuff right in front of them all and they were so confident that not only was their product the best but there was nothing you could call them out on; no frills, no lies, no games just selling cars. They were also accommodating towards all of the needs I had in feeling sure about my purchase, and were very upfront and informative about all of the paperwork, financing, and the car itself. They were more than happy to bring my car in to get inspected by the mechanic I've been going to for the past five years, and did not fall short in ensuring the car to be in excellent condition (brakes and tires were also brand new, and the detailing made the car feel brand new).
