Overall I had a great leasing experience with Amato Glendale. Their communication was great and the negotiation process was fair and efficient, which I appreciated. The only ding for the dealership was Glendale. Their communication was great and the negotiation process was fair and efficient, which I appreciated. The only ding for the dealership was the delivery experience. I leased an electric car, and they did nothing to help support this process. They didn’t mention the BlueLink app. Didn’t mention anything about the Electrify America charging plan. Didn’t ask me if I had a home charger. Didn’t offer to show how to charge the vehicle, etc. An extra 10 minutes at delivery would have went a long way. I hope they consider this for future customers! More
