Waited over 2 hours for the dealer to process the paper work so we could take possession of the truck. Almost into the third hour the manager calls us into the office to say he had some bad news. Heathen says he can't sell us the truck we just agreed on a price for. The manager informed us that his boss reamed him out for agreeing to sell us the truck at the price we agreed upon. Then gave a new figure just shy of $3000.00 more than what we agreed upon. We had no choice but to walk out, disgusted with the unprofessionalism Ambar Motors bestowed on us. The most unprofessional experience of my 60 years. More

First I spoke with the Seller Dennys which promised me a price and it was not like that, after arriving at the dealer he asked me for my information First I spoke with the Seller Dennys which promised me a price and it was not like that, after arriving at the dealer he asked me for my information including my social security and I told him not to run my credit because we still have not reached an agreement and he lied to me saying that it was only to have my information ready, I asked him 3 times to not run my credit because I was not sure of the purchase, then he came with a paper and tricked me into signing it and was the consent for the credit, all It was based on lies be careful with that place but most of all with Dennys, the credit is very important and they must respect it More

Crooks DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THEM. Coming from out of state to buy a car seems to be a foreign concept to these people. After days of calling DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THEM. Coming from out of state to buy a car seems to be a foreign concept to these people. After days of calling I was finally able to get someone to give me an actual price on the car. I was willing to pay their asking price but the out the door price they gave me for the car was $3000 over list price; and I was doing my own tag and title work. This is why used car salesman get a bad reputation, which is very unfortunate. The time I wasted with these jokers actually made me miss out on a pretty good deal. This company has a well deserved F from the BBB. Wasted my time and energy behind these people, don’t waste yours. More
