Bad dealer I was at this dealer yesterday to trade a car and buy a car no one wanted to help the financial people where not friendly at all they did want to help I was at this dealer yesterday to trade a car and buy a car no one wanted to help the financial people where not friendly at all they did want to help me make a deal or work with me to get a deal done what so ever is the worst dealer I ever been to they where playing me around the bush to not help me to everyone do visit or buy a car this dealer at doral or Hialeah they prefer to take your money and ripped you off More

Great experience My experience at Ambar Motors in Hialeah was the very best I have encountered when purchasing a car! Jesus Fernandez , was a very outgoing and frien My experience at Ambar Motors in Hialeah was the very best I have encountered when purchasing a car! Jesus Fernandez , was a very outgoing and friendly salesperson...but never "pushy" as some I have encountered.. and he worked in a very straight forward manner to bring me to a fair trade-in deal that I am very satisfied with. Makes me very happy to be a Ford owner My car 2014 F150 is perfect for me...they were able to get me the outside as well as interior colors that I wanted.. very, very happy about that! On the day I received my car, Rey Lopez the sales manager and Alex Wienstin the finance sales person who did the numbers, were very friendly and courteous and explained all the features of the car and the finance process, Jesus was very patient when going over the navigation system.. and that was very important to me. Ford has a very good user friendly navigation system...VERY happy about this fact, and I have been using it with ease....extremely superior to anything out there in the car market, thank you for a job well done.. I am one happy customer!! I will definitely recommend your cars and dealership to my family and friends when they are in the market for a car!! Thanks! More

Worst Experience Ever & Very Rude They took more than 24 hours to call me back for the pre-approval process. Gave me an excuse they were busy. Called over 7 times and left voicemails w They took more than 24 hours to call me back for the pre-approval process. Gave me an excuse they were busy. Called over 7 times and left voicemails with no response. I lost a full day because of this. Finally, when they called me, they apologized and promised a rewarding experience. When we got there, Alex & Naji (not sure how you spell it) was nice when going for a test drive of the vehicle, but after that it was xxxx thereafter. Received disrespect from Naji to the highest level. Very rude, and felt like he wanted to force me to buy the car as if I had no other option. Tried to make me feel stupid and the advertised price was not real. They had a disclaimer hidden in their description, but in another area of the site, that disclaimer was the total opposite. The attitude was very negative, and I would not recommend this dealer at all. I have owned 6 cars in my life and never had this bad experience. Alex Trujillo was alright and more polite, but Naji basically made him feel like crap right in front of us. More

My best experience I was in search of a car for like 3 weeks. I was becoming tired with the process. When my sister suggested Ambar Motors. I immediately was like I am g I was in search of a car for like 3 weeks. I was becoming tired with the process. When my sister suggested Ambar Motors. I immediately was like I am going to check them out. Well before we even walked thru the front door Luis Urra greeted us and was like is anyone helping us. So naturally he came over introduced himself and told us how easy the process was and how we would get in and out. Luis was kind enough to let us use the umbrellas in the heat while we did our shopping. We found what we were looking for and Luis was very accommodating. I brought my mechanic in do to the final check of the vehicle and because Luis has such a great personality and clearly he loves what he do he was trying to sell to the mechanic a vehicle lol….Everything checked out and financing was very accommodating Alex was very patient with us as we read the entire contract…….Overall this was a Great experience as your sales team do an awesome job making the customer feel special. More

My experience This place is unlike any other car dealership. They make their money off of the volume of cars they sell, not the price mark-up. Expect there to be a This place is unlike any other car dealership. They make their money off of the volume of cars they sell, not the price mark-up. Expect there to be a lot of other people shopping when you visit the dealership. All that considered, I recommend already having the vehicle you're interested in picked out online before you even go to the dealership. You need to check the CarFax report on the car you're interested in to make sure there's no structural damage or that it hasn't been determined a lemon. Each salesperson is going to be busy dealing with multiple buyers. That being said, Hebert did a very good job of checking in with me throughout the buying process while handling his other customers. Once I was ready to buy, Luis Urra was absolutely wonderful to work with while signing all the paperwork. I ran into a few hiccups during the buying process and Mark was very accommodating on stepping in and helping settle the issues. More
