Within a couple hours I had set up an appointment for an a My experience started with Kristen, online and communications were quick, and informative. Within a couple hours I had set up an appointment for an appraisal of my trade. That was my starting point, no decision were being made until I got a trade valuation. When arriving at the dealership I was met by Charley, who brought me in to meet Kristen, just to know who I had been chatting with. Then we got down to business with the appraisal process. I had done my research, and knew what I needed for my trade, and what I could afford on the other end, plus I already had a target vehicle. This made things easy for both Charley and myself. I was bit upside down on my trade, this is where Jeff stepped in and after a few rounds of my offer vs your offer, we found something agreeable to both parties. Now it was off to see Karyn. Here, I was amazed at the ease, speed, and knowledge offered during the whole "signing my life away" process. She explained things in detail, offered advice and recommendations on how to pay my loan off faster. There was a certain comfort factor here, and things just flowed. Within 2 hours of arriving at the dealership, the deal was done and I just needed to come back the next day to pick up my new ride. Delivery the next day was pretty painless. The only issue was waiting to hear from the insurance company for the registration, so they could get me a sticker and send me on my way. While waiting, Charley and I went over the vehicle options, operations, and registration of services. I am no stranger to car buying, and most will say I do it too much but it is what it is. In the 28 years of my driving history, I have purchased some 14 vehicles, and I can honestly say that this is hands down probably the best experience I have had. John was my salesperson and made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the start. We did a couple of test drives and he was very knowledge and patient with my husband and myself both driving and answering all our questions. When we settled on a car he went over the new care head to toe to make sure we were all set with all the new upgrades it had. A very nice man and great to deal with. Karyn handled all the rest with grace and easy going over all the paperwork and again answering all our questions. She even gave us a few pointers on our financing! Overall a great experience that I wasn't expecting when buying a car. Highly recommended. More

A great experience I haven't been in any dealership since 2003 so I was somewhat anxious to go in, get a price and continue on to the next dealership for more prices. That was my plan...I knew I wanted a replacement for my current truck but was unfamiliar with the present day models, options and pricing. Kelcey asked all the right questions and had the patience to explain and show us (my wife and I) the stock he thought we would be interested in. Kelcey nailed it, never trying to push us into something we didn't want. By the end of the visit, we felt very at ease with the decision we had to make regarding the purchase. Pricing was explained and understood and I am confident that a fair price was agreed upon. We met with Karyn shortly after we made our decision an the experience was most favorable. She explained what was going on and how we would move forward to the delivery of the vehicle. As much as we still had to do, Karyn made it seem so simple, for us. We met the management staff, as well. A great group to say the least. The only problem I am having is that I can only give a 5 star rating. So, I'd like to provide a 5++ rating here in my review. I was referred to Amesbury by a past customer and he explained exactly what we had experienced. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. More
