3rd new vehicle I have bought all of my vehicles from Amesbury Chevy! And the sales manager, Brian aka HiFive guy has been there for each one. He makes sure I am take I have bought all of my vehicles from Amesbury Chevy! And the sales manager, Brian aka HiFive guy has been there for each one. He makes sure I am taken care of whenever I come in whether it be to shop or to get service. I have had my husband buy his truck there and my mother bought her last car there as well. This time around I had the pleasure of working with Kelcey and Will in finance and neither could have been nicer. When we picked up the car and drove off the lot it was not working properly. It turned out it was still in transport mode so it could not be stolen. We went back and everyone at the dealership worked together to get us a temp vehicle. The next day was the horrible march nor'easter and the dealer even offered to have someone drive my new car to my house during the storm so I wouldn't have to! These people are great and I drive a half hour out of my way to shop here and get my vehicles serviced here! More

I gave them my "needs & wants" and they spoke to me with honesty and respectfully! I put them through the ringer, 3 different vehicles and 3 finance options, not once did they complain! This is my 3rd vehicle from Amesbury Chevy. I brought my sister in back in November, she bought a car also! To be honest, we both had a stretch when it came to finances, but they got it done for us! I live in NH and was struggling to find time to pick it up. Eric didn't even hesitate with offering to meet me at my work and let me know if i wanted to go over the features at time that was best for me he would be happy to make time work! That is a Sales Person who understands customer service!!!! Customer for life! More
