I bought a lemon and they won’t fix it. They tell me it’s within spec yet nobody can sleep while the truck is in motion. Take my advice and go somewhere else. $33,500 for a truck that shakes down the highway and clunks and slams when coming to a stop. They say they stand behind there work and products but have left me with a clunker that is unsafe to drive. More

I've been going to Amesbury Chevrolet for many years and have always had great service. Although, recent service by them was horrible and I will no longer be going there. I had a recall on my Suburban air b have always had great service. Although, recent service by them was horrible and I will no longer be going there. I had a recall on my Suburban air bag, which they replaced but at the same time cracked the dash and broke a clip. My dash now bounces when I drive around. I asked what happened and they claim it wasn't their doing. I also asked them to diagnose the rear door window switches which is very simple. They charged me $150 for the diagnoses and then wanted to add another couple hundred dollars to replace the $20 switches. I'm very disappointed and will no linger by going to this dealership. More

I had been coming here to service my Silverado, mostly dealing with Jonathan and Anthony who have always been super helpful, very down to earth and very easy to work with. Today I traded in my Silverado f dealing with Jonathan and Anthony who have always been super helpful, very down to earth and very easy to work with. Today I traded in my Silverado for an Express Van. First I spoke with Eric the sales manager, who then directed me to Patrick, and these guys couldn’t have made life easier. I never felt pressured in the least and the sale itself went super smoothly. It’s the first time in my life I’ve ever been able to drive a car off the lot and I honestly couldn’t be happier that I bought the van here. 5 stars: Would highly recommended. Ask for Patrick.
