They accommodated me in numerous ways including giving me a loaner to drive since I had sold my car. My only feedback was I would have liked them to call me more often with updates as to status. Even if it hadn't changed. I had to reach out and contact them to get updates. They did extra things for me to ease the issue. I greatly appreciate their accommodations and service. More

Poor sales department I recently purchased my 5th and last vehicle from this dealership. I wouldn’t be writing this but I sent a survey and they didn’t even respond. After I recently purchased my 5th and last vehicle from this dealership. I wouldn’t be writing this but I sent a survey and they didn’t even respond. After everything was signed, the car registered and insured, they told us they made an error and we owed them more money. Then I get a call from the finance company saying the dealership didn’t supply all the paperwork and I needed to mail them a copy of my license and social security card. Then the dealer calls asking for the same info! Harassing me for it! No way will I be back. Sales lied to me and twisted around the value of my car. The service department has always been great but not sure I can trust them. A deal is a deal, but not with these guys. More
