On March 25th 2024 I went in to see what was going on with my vehicle cuz since the dad bought it I've been having problems with the battery and even on their paperwork shows that they checked the batter with my vehicle cuz since the dad bought it I've been having problems with the battery and even on their paperwork shows that they checked the battery before sales and said it was great and then 30 days after I bought the car no battery good so I had to go to AutoZone to buy a new one. So on March 25th 2024 I came in to see about my battery. What was going on and all it needed was to be bolted down. It was still good and still under factory warranty at AutoZone and they told me AutoZone sold me the wrong battery and that I had to buy a factory battery which was completely a lie. They just wanted my money. I don't know if because I'm a girl. I don't know anything about cars I don't know but they showed me a video how loose it was all this stuff about how AutoZone sold me a wrong battery. But in reality all they wanted was commission off the sales. It's all about money money. No customer service. I should have stayed at Ontario Hyundai but they had a good deal sometimes. Good deals are too good to be true. Stay far away from this place. Trust me it's not worth it More
Yatish Nathraj has gotten from bad to far worse. Summary of previous review (4/22/2024): On 2/7, I purchased a CPO Ioniq Plug-In Hybrid with the charging cord and the cargo cover both missing. Ther Summary of previous review (4/22/2024): On 2/7, I purchased a CPO Ioniq Plug-In Hybrid with the charging cord and the cargo cover both missing. There were also some nicks and dings on the door handles. At the time of sale, both Yatish Nathraj and Tariq Alwaqfi repeatedly promised to replace the charging cord and the cargo cover and to fix the door handles as conditions of sale. As of the date of the previous review (4/22), none of the promises were fulfilled. In addition, there were problems with the registration and the license plates were not delivered. Update [5/18/2024]: With only 2 weeks left on the temporary plate, we went back to Anaheim Hyundai and met Anthony Raad. He made a few phone calls and took corrective action. Brian also chipped in to help. Both were courteous, understanding, and very helpful, which gave us big relief. We received the license plates the following week – one problem solved! Anthony and Brian both deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, our experience with Yatish Nathraj had gotten from bad to far worse since the last review. I emailed Yatish 3 days after buying the car and asked if the missing charging cord and cargo cover were available for me to pick up. Yatish replied that he had “requested those items” and was “waiting for receipt of the cord and truck (sic) lid.” He also welcomed me “to come to the dealership and talk to” his manager, Tariq Alwaqfi. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails and text messages repeating the exact same question, to which Yatish never provided a straight answer. Two months later, on 4/9, I sent the final email to Yatish and stated that I would post a review if my question didn’t get answered by 4/16. After 13 days of not hearing from Yatish, I posted the review on 4/22. On 4/29, Yatish Nathraj called me. I felt deeply insulted and offended. Unfortunately, I don’t have a recording of that phone call so I cannot post what he said to me. Then he sent an email replying to my 4/9 email with a condescending non-answer: “We are not able to physically help you with your door handles unless you bring the car down here.” This no-brainer statement was both insulting and not answering the questions at all. I booked an appointment with Yatish with more than 2 weeks in advance and stated clearly that I was coming to pick up the 2 items and to schedule a time to fix the door handles. Later, I emailed Tariq Alwaqfi and repeated my purpose of coming to the dealership. On 5/16, we arrived at the dealership on time and waited for over an hour for both Tariq and Yatish. With Brian’s help, another sales manager, Flavio Flores, came and helped us. Within 15 minutes, Flavio brought us a charging cord –thank you, Flavio, 5 stars to you! Finally, Yatish showed up while Flavio was helping us. Sure enough, Yatish and Tariq have never ordered the parts as Yatish claimed in his 2/10 email. After Flavio left, Yatish then repeated what he said to me on the phone. This time again, I have no recording. The General Manager, Ken Smirz, responded to negative reviews on dealerrater.com by inviting the reviewers to call him to resolve the issues. I did call him 3 times and left messages with my name and phone number. So far, I have not heard back from Ken, nor, it seems, he had done anything with his employees. As consumers, we have certain rights, including the right to choose and the right to a harassment-free buying process. Some salespersons get away with inflicting verbal abuses on customers, harassing, threatening and insulting them, knowing that legal actions against their behaviors can’t stand up in courts without proof. If you sense anything that seems off, exercise your right to choose and walk away to spare yourself emotional trauma that no legal recourse can fix. A 2-star rating: there are truly good people working at the dealership like Anthony, Brian, and Flavio. Their services partially offset the very bad experience I had with Yatish Nathraj. More
Same as all of the other reviews. Bait and switch with another vehicle because car I was looking for was out as a loaner. Made an implied agreement on a price on a vehicle only to hav Bait and switch with another vehicle because car I was looking for was out as a loaner. Made an implied agreement on a price on a vehicle only to have them come back and say they couldn’t do that price. They ended adding $600 in extras to the price. My review of myself is a one because I didn’t walk out on the deal. My mistake not looking at the dealership reviews before I shopped this dealership. Hope to maybe same someone else from making the same mistakes I made. More
Dishonesty, disrespectful, unprofessional, Purchased a used car, Jan 31, broke down 3 days later, car was in service from Feb 5th until April 6th when the second loaner car they gave me also broke down used car, Jan 31, broke down 3 days later, car was in service from Feb 5th until April 6th when the second loaner car they gave me also broke down. They never produced any of the vehicle inspections they claimed to have done? any of the work orders on the car they refused to show the two car inspections they claimed to have done, to date I am still waiting for them to pay off the loan. I went in on that Monday April 8th or 9th, where they reluctantly terminated the lease, Rabee the "finance" said I would get my money next day mail (I received it two week slater, and I called every other day and they either would not return my call, or give me a different date for when it was mailed. Hector started of ok, then Easter Sunday he called me demanding me to leave the keys in the loaner car because they had to come get it, I kindly told him my life does not revolve around Hyundai and you can schedule when to switch the car out, as I have plans with my kids. Hector also put the hone down on me because I spoke to him as an adult. Russ was the final guy I dealt with and still am, today is May 1st, the loan still had not been taken care of ( mind you I called capital one and they told me they could've easily just paid of the loan over the phone, I wouldn't send the worst human in History to this dealership More
Absolutely deserve ZERO star if possible Dishonest, Condescending, Unprofessional: Sales person = Yatish Nathraj, Floor Manager = Tariq, Finance Manager = Bryan, Dealership General Manager = Ken Smirz Condescending, Unprofessional: Sales person = Yatish Nathraj, Floor Manager = Tariq, Finance Manager = Bryan, Dealership General Manager = Ken Smirz This is one horrible dealership that everyone should absolutely stay away from. First, they post a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) plug-in hybrid for $17,750. After the test drive Yatish (Sales person) and Tariq (Sales Manager) tried to sell it to us for $28,000 (dishonest) with all the exceedingly expensive adds-on and said, “everyone knows markup is normal for buying a used car.” (condescending). The charging cord and the cargo cover were both missing and there were nicks and dings on the door handles. Why a plug-in hybrid without the charging cord could be sold as CPO is beyond me. When we were about to walk out, Tariq stopped us and offered $20,500 out-the-door (OTD) price with the promise that they would replace the missing charging cord and the cargo cover, plus schedule a time to fix the door handles. But we must accept two adds-on that were already part of the car (some paint protection & GPS tracking for almost $4k). Yatish said he would go and take a charging cord from another car and put it into the one we were buying. Later he came back and said he would order a brand-new one for us to make sure that it matches the car. Both Yatish and Tariq repeatedly promised us that they would take care of it. Yatish said that he would call me the next day morning to schedule the fixes and provide the missing items. We were unfortunate enough to believe them and drive away with an incomplete car with a couple of adds-on that we didn’t want and a couple of missing items and fixes. Second, there were no actions to keep their promises. The next day, Yatish didn’t call as promised. After that, over the course of a couple of months, I sent Yatish emails, text messages, and phone calls almost a dozen times. The typical responses were, if at all, “I have already requested the parts,” “I will follow up with my manager today,” “My manager is the only one who can authorize ordering the parts,” etc. but never ever a firm date that I could go pick up the parts and have the car fixed. Trying to reach Tariq was impossible and we could only left messages at his office number, which he never responded. We’ve also left messages with the General Manager (Ken Smirz) and again no responses. It’s already 10 weeks after the sale and still no action. Lastly, Yatish simply ignored my most recent inquiry. Third, more than 10 weeks after sale, we still haven’t received the license plates from DMV. After checking with DMV, it turns out that the dealer hasn’t completed sending in the paperwork to DMV. (Unprofessional) We could only left messages with the Finance Manager (Bryan) but so far no responses. The paper license plate is about to expire, putting us in a difficult position of not being able to drive the car. Even if you could put up with the first 2 issues, the third one of not completing the registration process with DMV is totally unacceptable. That’s why you should stay away. I read on “dealerrater.com” all the horrible experiences other buyers had with this dealership. They have a miserable 2.0 out of 5 stars rating (as of now, may drop more). Apparently, a lot of people have similar bad experiences with them. So, again, please stay away. More

First off I would give his dealership zero stars if the page would have allowed me. Dealership sold me a used Ram 1500 and shortly after purchase it was discovered that they had sold us a vehicle with exis page would have allowed me. Dealership sold me a used Ram 1500 and shortly after purchase it was discovered that they had sold us a vehicle with existing damages. We returned to the dealership 2 weeks after purchase and they STILL HAVE THE VEHICLE 6 WEEKS LATER! Obviously they never completed their 172 point inspection and continue to refuse obvious repairs. No one at the dealership will return calls or emails, even the general manager Ken. Worst experience ever! Will be filing with the better business bureau! More
After repeated attempts to speak to the general manager or sales managers for months, I have been continually ignored. Horrible dealership went to buy a vehicle and was going to pay the sticker price and they try to guilt trip you into saying that they’re not making any commission on the vehicle and they need to sell it to to pay the sticker price and they try to guilt trip you into saying that they’re not making any commission on the vehicle and they need to sell it to you for more and they try to charge you and sell you warranties that are not necessary and if you say no they don’t let you buy the car.
