After signing all the paperwork Fred greeted me and went over all the details of the owners manual and service schedule. He even brought me over and introduced me to the service manager Rudy and Mario the service tech who made an appointment for my first oil change. Fred then walked me over to my new car and went over every detail of the car and made sure I was completely aware of how everything worked.
