Bad attitude, bad service and bad prices. Was interested in buying a Genesis from Hardin Hyundai and saw a 2015 still on the lot - but priced such that once out the door, KBB (which we all use Was interested in buying a Genesis from Hardin Hyundai and saw a 2015 still on the lot - but priced such that once out the door, KBB (which we all use to guide the value of our cars) dictated that the same car would be worth 10K less than Hardin Hyundai's asking price. I understand some depreciation but it seemed excessive to me. When I asked about this, I was told that the same KBB (which Hardin uses to value their trade-in's) - was only a guide and not to be trusted...also I was told that basically, if I didn't buy it, someone else would so - my business didn't really matter (the latter was my takeaway but not actually stated). The conversation basically ended after my sales rep told me if was "a free country and he didn't HAVE to sell to me". No explanation for the price gouge, just intimidation efforts it seems. Wouldn't go back and wouldn't encourage anyone to either. Bad attitude, bad service, bad prices. More

Internet Fleet Sales is the way to go Easiest car buying experience ever. I got the exact car I wanted at a really good price - no haggling, no tricks, no surprises. The dealer even got me an additional discount based on a promotion they were running. So much better than previous car buying experiences in the past at other dealerships. More
