Recently i was in a car accident where my car got totaled and so I had to begin the process of looking for a replacement vehicle. I went to Anchor Nissan, since that was where i had been going to get my previous vehicle serviced and I was friendly with the staff there. I cannot say enough good things about how catering and helpful the staff there was. I was paired with Joe Burke, who took the time to really understand what it was I was looking for and how we could fit that into a comfortable price range for me. Joe, along with Tim, Derek, and Andy made the process so simple and streamlined that I was in my new vehicle within a few days of my initial visit. The best part is that throughout the entire process I never felt rushed or pushed in any direction; they gave me options, I explored them, and picked the vehicle I wanted not one that someone else chose for me. I was able to meet with Brandon, the same day (a Saturday) test drive the vehicle decide to buy it, and financing got me approved the same day and I had my new second car by Monday, just in time for the blizzard.
