This is the 4th Nissan my family has bought from Eric, the third at Anchor Nissan. I can honestly say each been a pleasant hassle free experience. Eric is personable, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough the third at Anchor Nissan. I can honestly say each been a pleasant hassle free experience. Eric is personable, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. We have never felt pressured by Eric or any of the staff at Anchor. I set up a test drive, got a price for the vehicle, a value for my trade and with a couple more phone calls and emails the deal was done. There were no issues, even when I asked them to find a different color (which they did in one day). I seriously considered buying a non-Nissan vehicle, but in the end my comfort with Eric and the entire staff at Anchor kept me in the Nissan family. The service does not end with the purchase. Their business people are easy to work with and their service department (especially Stephanie) top notch. I would recommend Eric and Anchor to anyone in Southern New England. It is worth the trip and you will not be disappointed. More

The website was easy to use, loved the fact I could sort vehicles by feature.
