We came to this dealer because we were in the market for a new car. I had received an online quote for a Nissan Rogue. David Richards was our salesman and he did a very good job putting a deal together fo a new car. I had received an online quote for a Nissan Rogue. David Richards was our salesman and he did a very good job putting a deal together for us. He was helpful but not pushy which made for a good experience. Anchor was very fair on our trade and the people were very nice. Their doc fees were also less than many of the other dealers. I would highly recomend this dealership. More
p.s. to my previous review on my experienceat anchor nissan. when i returned the next day to pick up my car david was waiting for me. we went out to the car the car was warming up and david went through nissan. when i returned the next day to pick up my car david was waiting for me. we went out to the car the car was warming up and david went through the feature of the car. went home tried to program my garage door opener. decided to put my car in the garage. tried to put the key in the to start up the car and i could not get the key to stay in it just kept popping back out.so i called david at the dealership and told him my problem. he could not understand why i was haveing a problem. david told me to try this and that and if it did not work to call him back. so i tried this and that and nothing worked. now i'm getting mad i'm not going through this all the time they can have the car back. called david again told him no luck well he said when he gets out of work he will come to the house.gave dave direction to the house which was about thirty miles away out in the country. five thirty dave calls and says he at this little store in town which is an aquarium i gave him direction to my house . dave arrives at my house and tells me his experence in getting to my house down the main highway then this back road that is foggy creepy narrow road .finally comes to this dimly lighted storegoes in there a little man behind the counter maybe a hobbit? ask to use his phone to call me. before leaving i buy a small can of fish food for helping me and i don'teven own any fish. now dave ask me for the keys i give him the keys and he says these are not the keys thats the remote start this is the key and puts it in the ignition and starts the car.wellhe has a good laughalong with my wife and i'm feeling really dumb. david was very good natured about it all thanks david.see you soon for golf. Having dealt with Anchor Subaru before, Anchor Nissan was a similar excellent experience. The best part of our experience was our Sales Rep Adam Park. To be honest, when we walked in it seemed as though no a similar excellent experience. The best part of our experience was our Sales Rep Adam Park. To be honest, when we walked in it seemed as though nobody there was interested in our business but Adam immediately came over to ask us how he could help. He spent almost four hours with us showing us any and all vehicles we wanted to see and test drive both new and used. He was very knowledgeable about each and every vehicle and was willing to answer any and all questions. He was very personable, very honest and was not pushy which is very important to us. After the sale was done he worked as hard as he could to get everything processed, get the car ready for us and because of a minor glitch in registering the vehicle he arranged to get us free all-weather mats. I'm not sure we got the best deal we could have but the process is a negotiation and I don't feel we negotiated as much as we could. All in all it was a great experience, we bought a great new car and I would recommend Anchor to anyone. More
