Sales Dept is great. Not so for the current Service Dept. I have 9urchased several autos from Ancira and this is the first time I have ever had to complain about the serv Not so for the current Service Dept. I have 9urchased several autos from Ancira and this is the first time I have ever had to complain about the service policies. I have a 2014 Hornet and have had to have it towed twice and was able to drive in the other times there were problems. This should not be with a car that is 2 years old!!There is an internal problem probably electrical, that has not been diagnosed. Techs and mechanics seem not to be able to locate and resolve the problem(s). There is never loaner car I can be provided. So I am on my own for how many days they have to keep my car for. As a senior citizen, it's tough to get public transportation or bumper a ride when I need to go someplace. I always get the "there's nothing we can do". I will be seeking out an attorney who specializes in the Lemon Law if and when this happens again. I doubt if I or my family members will make any more vehicle purchases from Ancira because of the messy service we are getting now. Don't know if anyone will read this or take any action but you asked and I'm telling you of my experience. More

I took my ‘18 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for an oil change this afternoon. As it has +100k miles on the odometer I thought it would be a good time to do a BG oil service. Great sales team, however service department is not as good. The service is slow and I have had issues with getting service as agreed upon. I have scheduled quick lane oil change for my 2026 Ram diesel. good. The service is slow and I have had issues with getting service as agreed upon. Granted they also took care of a recall which is a download that I could've done on my own. More
