I was promised a $200+ discount on a repair via text and then they would not honor it at checkout, saying the register would only allow $100. My tech also said he would try to help me out with a claim since the death wobble (in 2020 Jeep Gladiators in particular) is a widespread issue with class action lawsuits. Unfortunately, there was no effort put forth or resolution there. I bought the car from this dealership but would not buy my next car here, or service my car again here due to those reasons. More

Bri, our sales representative, was absolutely amazing. She handled everything with grace, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and was genuinely a blast to talk to and get to know while we were waiting between sales and financing. She made the experience feel comfortable and enjoyable rather than stressful. They also went above and beyond when it came to the vehicle itself. I was originally offered a spare tire, but when they checked, they discovered that the spare had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Rather than just leaving it at that, they offered to either tint the windows and sunroof at no cost or reimburse me for a spare tire that I purchased myself. I really appreciated them giving me options and making sure I was taken care of. The vehicle was cleaned and prepared to perfection when we picked it up. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that the dealership already applies some paint protection, VIN etching, and protection to the infotainment screen on their vehicles. Those are the kinds of little details that show they are putting some thought into the customer experience. There was a small mix-up with the financing bank we selected, but once we brought it to their attention, they corrected it quickly and we were able to continue the process without any major issues. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most honest car-buying experiences I've had, which is saying something because honesty can sometimes be hard to find at car dealerships these days. I never felt pressured, and the entire team made the process simple and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Ancirca CDJR and will definitely be going back for our next vehicle purchase! More
