Very poor and argumentative attitude from the service rep. Went in to ask about why my Jeep had a recall and what I should do about it. While I was there the service rep interrupted our conversation to talk to Went in to ask about why my Jeep had a recall and what I should do about it. While I was there the service rep interrupted our conversation to talk to two employees before treating me very poorly. I was told I needed to make an appointment, but when I asked for an afternoon at 2 PM, I was informed that there would be others in line before me at that time and I needed to be there early in the day. Then I said , " So, I cannot have an appointment, but I need to be there first thing in the day." He said that was correct and he said it with a condescending attitude. I do not appreciate the snarliness that seems to have become quite commonplace in this service department. I am a frequent customer and have been going to this particular dealership for over 10 years. Service personnel have never been great, but the current folks need an attitude adjustment. More
