While 3rd party appraisal guides/books are a great tool for getting an estimate of what a vehicle is worth it does not take into consideration the local market value of vehicles. The vehicle history report and mileage greatly impact what that vehicle is worth. Having Auto check and Car Fax to view the history of your vehicle, it was involved in an accident. Therefore the diminished value does affect the vehicle appraisal. David Reininger General Manager

That was not my only complaint. Perhaps your staff actually following up with me instead of me having to call numerous times because I had been promised a call each time to no avail, I wouldn't have been so upset, nor if the used car manager had actually bothered to call me for information. I had a full explanation from the dealership I purchased it from which I gladly would have explained, which is that only the bumper cover was replaced, my mechanic verified there was no further body work. Also, your salesman actually tried to commit fraud when I took the jeep to show my wife because he wanted me to sign a sales commitment form that stated I was agreeing to purchase the jeep upon credit approval and stated that an agrees upon price was supposed to be stated on an attached form that he did not have. When I pressed on the issue, he told me the form really didn't matter, just to sign it. I refused since I had not committed to purchase it yet and it was a sales agreement. Your people were very arrogant in the way they stated the excuses for th lowball trade, and frankly, I was very put off by the whole situation because of everything else. I am sure your people failed to tell you that I initially inquired online about it and was contacted by LT last Tuesday. I told him I would stop by during my lunch hour. When I arrived and asked for him, I was taken to an empty cubicle and left there for over 10 minutes. When I got up and asked about LT, I was told he was gone for lunch. The salesman, Freddy, then attempted to show me the jeeps I had spoke with LT about, but really didn't know what he was talking about. I finally asked him to just at least open one of the ones I. The hill up and he disappeared for about 20 minutes. As I got fed up from being left on the hill, I decided to leave. Freddy chased me down as I was backing up and had finally located one of the jeeps I originally asked to see. We looked at it and it didn't have the options I had spoken with LT about. I told Freddy to have LT call me, but I never received a call. I tried calling LT the following day, he told me he would get the info I was looking for and call me back, which he never did. Only because I liked one of your jeeps and your dealership is close to my house did I return again to see it on Friday. I again got stuck with Freddy, despite me telling LT I was not interested in working with Freddy again. After driving 2 jeeps, I started asking detailed questions about the options and specifications. At one point when I asked the about the difference between two models, I was told color. Finally, after even LT didn't know about the specifications did they bring in Mark, who was the first person that could answer specific questions and would give me a straight answer about price differences between 2011 and 2012 models. I actually found him very helpful and decided to pursue it further because of him. I was promised a call first thing Sunday morning regarding the status of my trades, never got it. Called Mark at 11:30-was told he would call back soon. 3:30 tried calling again, same answer. Made final call at 5:30 the got a bucket of excuses on my trade and he refused to listen to any of my explanations on its condition. He was very arrogant at that point and his attitude caused me to get very upset. At a point I accidentally said a foul word, he the. Told me he had a zero tolerance, and as I tried apologize, he rudely hung up on me. I called back and the only authority figure I could find was a sales manager that started to continue to bash my trade. I am sorry I was upset, but my frustration was at the entire process with your dealer, not just with the lowball trade offers.

I guess since my response is not going to be public you choose not to respond any further. If you have a true concern about my service regardless of what shows up on the public reviews, I would only be willing to talk to the general manager that initially responded. Your people should still have my phone number.
